Become a Resident

We are delighted that you are considering becoming part of our community.

Becoming a resident means joining a welcoming and supportive environment designed to provide comfort, security, and connection.

To begin the process, please download and complete the Resident Application Form above. Once signed, email the completed form to our office at prairiemeadowplace@gmail.com. When we receive your signed application, it will be dated and placed on our waitlist in the order it was received.

There is no financial obligation to be placed on the waitlist.

When a suite becomes available, PMP will contact individuals according to their position on the list. If the available suite is not accepted at that time, you will maintain your original position on the waitlist for future vacancies.

Single applicants are welcome to apply for the double-occupancy waitlist as well; however, please note that the rate remains the same regardless of single or double occupancy.
